What is your TAT?
The turnaround time (TAT) is currently 7-10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. This does not change regardless of shipping method chosen at check out. TAT begins the next business day from the day your order is placed.
What is your shipping policy?
Beads of Hope offers standard shipping prices with USPS. Once your order is processed and shipped standard shipping could take 2-7 business days. During the Holiday Season this processing time will not change but shipping/transit time may take longer. Orders ship from Illinois, USA.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Can you make custom pens?
Yes! Select "custom pens" on the menu and fill out the custom information. I will be in contact to make sure your pen is perfect!
An item I want says sold out. What do I do?
I am so sorry an item you want is sold out!! Every so often I will make a "sold out" post on our Facebook page, and you can make requests there! Or, you can go to customs and request what you would like as a custom pen!
